Still animal-related, but not quite bashing them XD

Not too much to say about this one. I draw animals and anthros because I love them, but also because of this one simple fact; humans and I don't go hand-in-hand in the drawing department. Infact, I weaseled my way out of drawing humans in Media Studies for two years! In my latest project involving a story called The Cat and Venus, I drew the male human with his back turned to us and the female human in mid-transformation to a cat, so she was basically anthro.

And I can't even begin to describe the ridiculous amount of trouble that I had during our nude modeling class where we were supposed to draw our human model for four hours straight. I got very little practice drawing anything other than her basic body shapes and gestures before I would begin to break down having panic attacks and claustrophobia to the point of I couldn't even stay in the college building for more than half an hour before I had to leave while losing my mind and hyperventilating. Thank god I already had the credits for that class, because I couldn't even finish half of it last year.

So, yeah, a very ridiculous and hard time trying to learn to draw them properly, so now I can only rely on anime-esque faces when trying. I'm trying to tell myself,"Humans are just animals too, if I can learn how to draw very basic wolves, then I can learn how to draw a hairless monkey."
